Solgar L-Lysine 1000mg 50 Tablets

Solgar L-lysine provides 1000mg tablets are a high dose formulation. L-lysine is an essential amino acid important for growth and tissue repair and the production of hormones, enzymes and antibodies of the body. It is an important amino acid for the production of collagen helping to promote the integrity of the skin.   

As 'free form' amino acid it is molecular pure form and can be easily assimilated by the body. Research has shown that L-Lysine has shown beneficial role in in the recovery and reducing the reoccurrence of the Herpes simplex virus which may trigger cold sores. 

Each Tablet Provides: L-lysine (free form as HCl) 1000mg

Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable glycerin.

Directions

• As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
